The Sol-Ark TX 12K-A is an internal powerline communication (PLC) Rapid Shutdown (RSD) transmitter designed specifically for installation within Sol-Ark 8K-2P and 12K-2P (including 12K-2P-N) hybrid solar inverters. Operating as the transmitter component of a SunSpec-compliant Rapid Shutdown System, the TX 12K-A broadcasts the essential "permission-to-operate" signal over the PV DC lines to ensure compliance with NEC 2017 and NEC 2020 690.12 safety requirements.

Compatible with Sol-Ark O900-80V receiver units and all third-party SunSpec RSD Certified module-level power electronics (MLPE), the TX 12K-A accommodates up to 4 PV string inputs and supports up to 30 RSD receiver devices per string. The unit features built-in WAGO 221-613 terminal blocks for straightforward wiring into existing or newly commissioned Sol-Ark 12K inverter enclosures.
