Refund policy
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy:
- Return items must be new, uninstalled, and in its original manufacturer packaging.
- Items not eligible for return: Custom/Special Order Products (ie. mounts, enclosures, select batteries, battery racks, pre-wired backplates, pre-wired systems, cables, custom designed systems), Installed Products, Products not in original packaging, products delivered past 14 days.
- The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Shipping is an expense that is non-refundable.
- We will provide a return shipping label to you upon RMA approval.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned products must be shipped within 7 days of the RMA approval date or the returned merchandise will not be accepted.
- Example: If the RMA is approved on January 1st, the return must be shipped by January 8th.
- Returns must include all original components (ie. manuals, documents, hardware, cabling, accessories, nuts, bolts, etc;).
- Your return may be subject to up to a 20% restock fee.
- Exchanges are processed as a separate order and transaction.
- When the original order is returned to us, a refund will be issued.
- If an extenuating circumstance arises, where a return is approved beyond the terms listed above, the return will be subject to a 50% restock fee.
Warranty Claim / Defective Products:
If your product is defective, please contact the manufacturer through their warranty claims. If you’re unsure of how to contact the manufacturer, please contact us at 866-209-3018 and we can help point you in the right direction.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) are inspected.
- Inspections may take 1-3 business days to be completed.
- Refunds for Canceled Orders are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund receipts are emailed once the refund is issued.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to clear your banking institution.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment form. In some cases, a check will be mailed to you if we are unable to process the refund in the original payment method.
- Credit Card processing fees or bank fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Cancellations prior to shipping will be refunded the total minus the credit card or bank processing fees. These are charges that are incurred and not returned to the business when refunds are issued.
