We strive to ensure your order perfectly matches your project requirements. However, we understand that returns may be necessary. Before submitting your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please review our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy:

  • Please submit your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • Once your RMA is approved, the return package must be shipped within 7 days. Items received after this time period will have a 30% restock fee applied. 
  • All Original components such as manuals, documents, hardware, cabling, accessories, nuts, bolts, etc, must be included. 
  • Non returnable items are: 
    • Installed Items
    • Custom Ordered Items
    • Special Order Items
    • End of Life items
    • Products not in original packaging
    • Products delivered past 7 days
  • Solux, LLC will provide the return shipping label to you via email 
    • The costs of the return label will be deducted from the refund. Shipping is a non-refundable expense
  • All returns incur a 15% restock fee, and may be subject to up to a 30% restock fee if items are missing, damaged, or used. 

Exchanges are processed as a separate order and transaction.

    • When the original order is returned to us, a refund will be issued per our refund policy in Section 4.


Warranty Claims: 

All items come with a manufacturer warranty. First, please reach out to the manufacturer for their warranty and claim process. If you need assistance contacting a manufacturer, please reach out to us at 866-209-3018. 

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) are inspected.
    • Inspections may take 1-3 business days to be completed.
  • Refunds for Canceled Orders are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund receipts are emailed once the refund is issued. 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to clear your banking institution.
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment form. In some cases, a check will be mailed to you if we are unable to process the refund in the original payment method.
