The Solis S6-GC40K-US-APST is a 40 kW three-phase grid-tied string inverter designed for commercial and industrial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. It converts direct current (DC) electricity generated by solar panels into alternating current (AC) electricity for use in commercial facilities or export to the electrical grid. Featuring multiple independent Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) channels, a maximum conversion efficiency of 98.8%, and support for high-power solar modules, it provides flexible system design and efficient energy production. The APST variant incorporates an APS module-level rapid shutdown transmitter to support rapid shutdown with compatible equipment. Additional features include integrated Arc Fault Circuit Interruption (AFCI), DC and AC disconnects, intelligent string monitoring, smart I-V curve scanning, and remote monitoring through SolisCloud. Its Type 4X enclosure and C5 anti-corrosion protection support reliable operation in demanding installation environments.
