The QBase Mount base is made of super-strong cast aluminum, with four gussets to support 8 post heights from 3.25 to 17.5"-for a wide variety of roof types and installations. QBase Mount's versatility and superior strength will provide decades-long confidence.

• Application: Engineered for mounting solar racking arrays or tilt-leg systems on composition/asphalt shingle roofs, providing high vertical elevation to clear thick insulation or roof build-ups.
• Extended Post Height: Features an extra-tall 12.5-inch QBase post for specialized roof profiles requiring significant standoff height.
• Waterproofing: Uses Quick Mount PV's double-seal water protection technology, combining an aluminum flashing plate with an EPDM sealing washer to direct water away from roof penetrations.
• Structural Base: Features a robust cast-aluminum baseplate that fastens directly to roof rafters using lag screws.
• Compatibility: Integrates seamlessly with IronRidge XR Series rails (XR10, XR100, XR1000), tilt frame assemblies, and standard L-Foot hardware.
