Each aGate X comes with three options for Internet communications: Ethernet, Wifi and 4G. For homeowners who choose to use 4G as a connection option, a data plan is needed.

The 4G data plan purchase is for six years, and FranklinWH will send reminders before the expiration of the plan. The homeowner may choose to not renew or easily renew through the FranklinWH store or app. The plan is non-refundable, but the homeowner may switch to either Ethernet or Wifi at any point via the FranklinWH app.
