The SnapNrack leveling spacer is a rigid, black-anodized block that eliminates the mechanical stress caused by warped roof decking. It seats firmly between the mounting assembly and the roof, acting as a structural bridge that allows you to lift low spots without the "spongy" feel of field-fabricated shims. By squaring the rails before you torque the hardware, you prevent the frame-flex and micro-cracking that occurs when modules are forced onto a crooked array.
