    Featuring Unirac's patented WATER SEAL technology, this aluminum sub-flashing pairs with the Universal Base plate to establish secondary lower deck-level water protection at roof penetrations. Supplied in a bulk pack of 50 units, it ensures fast, code-compliant, and leak-free installations across residential and commercial tile roof projects.
