XR100‑BOSS‑01‑M1 is a Bonded Structural Splice (BOSS) made by IronRidge for joining XR100 solar mounting rails. It creates a secure, bonded connection between rail sections without any tools, hardware, or assembly — the built‑in bonding spring bites into the rail and meets UL 2703 electrical and structural standards. This design also gives installers more flexibility in where they place splices along the rail span (except the outside cantilever).
