    IronRidge XR10 BOSS Bonded Splice (Mill Finish)

    The IronRidge XR10-BOSS-01-M1 is an internal structural splice designed to join two sections of IronRidge XR10 solar mounting rails into a single continuous row. Featuring a tool-less design, it slides directly inside the rail ends and uses built-in metal teeth to bite into the aluminum. This creates a strong mechanical connection and an integrated electrical grounding path without requiring extra tools, screws, or grounding jumpers.

    This internal placement eliminates installation restrictions, allowing installers to place rail joints anywhere along a span without interfering with solar panel mounts. Constructed from corrosion-resistant mill-finish aluminum, it maintains long-term alignment across rooftop solar array layouts.
