Powered by Silicon Carbide (SiC) semiconductors, this model delivers 480 VAC three-phase output with a maximum system rating of 1500 VDC.

This specialized -DCG model features an integrated grounded DC input configuration designed specifically for direct compatibility with First Solar PV modules.
