The Generac RXSW100A3 Smart Switch is a 100A service entrance rated automatic transfer switch engineered for single-phase standby generator installations operating at 120/240V. Equipped with an integrated utility main service disconnect breaker, this switch installs directly downstream of the utility meter to allow complete manual or automatic isolation from the grid.
Housed in an outdoor-rated NEMA 3R corrosion-resistant aluminum enclosure, the unit utilizes a heavy-duty Generac contactor for reliable open-transition power transfer during outages. Its integrated Smart A/C Module (SACM) manages up to four individual 24 VAC HVAC loads without extra hardware, optimizing generator capacity and system efficiency across residential installations.
