The Yaskawa Solectria RSD-APS-EYEP (OEM: APsmart RSD-EYE-PRO) is a compact, handheld diagnostic tool engineered to verify and troubleshoot SunSpec-compliant Rapid Shutdown (RSD) installations.

Designed for field technicians and solar installers, it senses pulse modulation from Power Line Communication (PLC) signals between the system transmitter and RSD receivers. In addition to signal detection, the RSD-EYE-PRO functions as a handheld transmitter, sending a local keep-alive signal directly to an RSD unit to verify proper operation and pinpoint system fault points.
