The QBase Mount is a strong and versatile base-and-post mounting system with various post height options. The components are available separately and combined to build a custom solution that best suits your project. (Formerly sold as QMLSH and QMQDM kits or BTO)

The QBase Mount base is made of super-strong cast aluminum, with four gussets to support 8 post heights from 3.25 to 17.5-inch for a wide variety of roof types and installations. QBase Mount's versatility and superior strength will provide decades-long confidence.

• Application: Designed for mounting solar array racking systems or tilt-leg setups on composition/asphalt shingle roofs, providing ultra-high standoff elevation to clear exceptionally deep roof insulation, high commercial parapets, or heavy snowpack.
• Ultra-Tall Post Assembly: Features a 17.5-inch high QBase post for maximum vertical clearance requirements on specialized residential and commercial roof designs.
• Waterproofing: Utilizes Quick Mount PV's double-seal water protection technology, pairing a spun aluminum flashing plate with a primary EPDM seal to direct water safely away from roof penetrations.
• Structural Base: Features a heavy-duty cast aluminum baseplate secured directly to structural roof rafters using lag screws or wood fasteners.
• Compatibility: Fully compatible with IronRidge XR Series rails (XR10, XR100, XR1000), tilt-leg assemblies, and standard L-Foot attachment hardware.
• Material: Heavy-gauge 6000-series structural aluminum post with stainless steel hardware.
