The Yaskawa Solectria CA1500-20-25S is a high-efficiency 1500 VDC attachable solar PV string combiner box engineered exclusively to mate directly to Yaskawa Solectria XGI 1500 Series string inverters. Built into a powder-coated aluminum NEMA 4X enclosure, this unit provides array-level DC circuit consolidation, overcurrent protection, and DC isolation directly at the inverter without requiring a separate remote mounting footprint.

Designed for positive-polarity circuit protection in high-voltage PV applications, the unit comes populated with 25A fuses across all 20 input positions. It features 90°C-rated compression terminal connections and integrated DC surge protection to shield internal busbars and connected XGI 1500 inverter electronics against transient voltage surges in commercial and utility-scale installations.
