Victron Energy VE.Direct to USB Interface Cable
The Victron Energy VE.Direct to USB Interface Cable (ASS030530010) connects solar equipment featuring a 4-pin VE.Direct port to computers, laptops, and GX system controllers with standard USB-A ports. Designed for direct plug-and-play operation, it provides a reliable serial communication bridge to configure device parameters, observe real-time power metrics, and update system firmware using the free VictronConnect application.
In addition to diagnostic testing on Windows, macOS, and Linux PCs, this cable functions as a port expander for Victron GX controllers (such as the Cerbo GX, Ekrano GX, or Color Control GX). Plugging the cable into an available USB-A port on a GX controller adds an extra VE.Direct connection channel, allowing system expansion beyond the onboard VE.Direct port limits without requiring separate interface converters.
