The FranklinWH aPower X-20 AC Battery Storage Unit (APR-10K15V2-US) is an off-grid ready Residential FranklinWH Energy Storage system engineered to store excess PV solar power and grid energy. Built with safe Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) chemistry, it provides 15 kWh of usable energy capacity and 10 kW discharge power to supply heavy household loads like air conditioners and water heaters during grid outages or high time-of-use rate periods.
Operating on 120/240 V or 120/208 V AC split-phase grid connections, this AC-coupled battery supports parallel connections with aPower S batteries to scale total power and storage capacity.
