Generac Two Wire Start Kit
The Generac 7109 Two-Wire Start Kit is an essential control accessory designed to enable two-wire dry contact remote start functionality on Generac air-cooled home standby generators. By converting standard utility-sensing signal inputs into a two-wire start circuit, this kit allows Generac generators to integrate seamlessly with third-party transfer switches and off-grid solar inverters.
Engineered to save on retrofitting and replacement costs, the kit eliminates the requirement to replace an existing transfer switch during system upgrades. It is compatible with all air-cooled Generac and Honeywell generators equipped with Evolution or Sync 2.0 digital controllers, as well as Generac PowerPact units.
